I’m very pleased with the service provided throughout the process of finding a tenant. Annette and Lauren were professional, communicative, and efficient from start to finish.

It’s clear the team understands the market and advised me accurately on the rent amount.

The marketing of the property was also was handled brilliantly, resulting in strong interest and a high-quality tenant being secured quickly.

I also appreciated the thorough tenant referencing and regular updates, which kept the process stress-free.

The additional services offered, including certificates etc was also extremely helpful.

Overall an excellent services and great team.

I recently had the pleasure of securing my new apartment through ARC Property, and I must say, the experience was smooth and impressive from start to finish. From the moment I first reached out, the team was professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to helping me find the right place.

The agent at ARC Property (Annette Smith) was not only knowledgeable about the market but also incredibly patient, answering all my questions and addressing any concerns I had along the way.

The entire process, from viewing the apartment to signing the lease, was straightforward and well-organized. Communication was always prompt, and she made sure I understood every step. I appreciated their transparency and honesty, which made me feel confident and at ease.

Thanks to ARC Property, I am now happily settled into a beautiful apartment that feels like home. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a hassle-free and professional real estate experience.

This is the best letting agency I’ve come across. They make everything seamless with modern tools for reporting issues, making payments, and tracking history. The team managing the properties is fantastic—always proactive and quick to resolve any concerns.

A special mention to our property manager, Annette, who was incredibly helpful throughout our tenancy. She was always responsive, professional, and truly went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. I honestly didn’t want to leave the property because of how well she managed everything, but unfortunately, I had to.

Overall, a reliable and well-organized letting agency, I highly recommend them!

I had never used an agency to arrange moving into a new flat before, as I’d always rented from private landlords. But Niall, the property manager for my new flat, was fantastic! The whole process was straightforward and hassle-free, and he kept in regular contact to remind me of anything I needed to do before moving in. Arc made everything incredibly easy, and I would highly recommend them. Niall was also friendly, welcoming, and a pleasure to work with!

It was great to rent with Arc property. Communication was timely any issues were dealt with extremely quickly and the deposit return was fair unlike previous agencies we've rented from. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from Arc property again in the future
